Economic Update
Heather Stephens is the Director of the California State University, Long Beach Office of Economic Research and an Assistant Professor of Economics. She has a Ph.D. from The Ohio State University. Her research is focused on examining the factors related to regional economic development and differences in the effect of public policies across regions. She also has prior experience working for two U.S. Congressmen, on strategic partnership development for a Fortune 100 company, as a local economic development director, and on regional economic development and energy-related issues at a university-based applied research institute.

A second thing that sets our professional appraiser apart from his competition is the fact the he saved all the residential sales records for Los Angeles and Orange Counties since the inception of his company which means he has access to all of the residential sales records for Los Angeles and Orange counties going back to 1987. This enables him to complete historical appraisals in that same 24-48 hour time frame. In addition, he knows how to access these sales records back to the 1970's. Other appraisers simply do not have these sales records at their fingertips and don't know where to get them. Currently, members of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) are limited to accessing records back to the year 2000 at best and these records are not as complete as the records Mr. Rydell has in his office.
