Divorcing Elders; Cross-over Issues between Family Law and Probate

When Elders divorce they face a myriad of issues related to the dissolution process including but not limited to their estate plans, capacity and undue influence issues, fiduciary duties to one another, and post-death issues during the pendency of a dissolution process that may have an effect on how their case is resolved. This presentation will help identify issues that you might have to address and provide information about how to do so.
