Death & Divorce: When Bad Goes to Worse

With the increase in Gray Divorce, the risk of death during the divorce process has a higher probability than a younger couple.  We will examine various types of assets, various titling of assets, and what the outcomes might be if a spouse dies during divorce vs. after divorce.  Most importantly, we will provide the divorce planner and the estate planner with guidance as to effective techniques to protect their client's assets.  It is all about the planning!
