Blaine will also review tax strategies, protecting kids from judgment or divorce, how a trust can help a child with addiction issues, and long-term health issues and documents you need to complete before sending your child to college. He will also touch a bit on how there needs to be special planning for small business owners and certain professionals such as doctors, lawyers & financial advisors.\n \nBlaine J. Burch is a founder and the managing partner of the Orange County, California law firm of BHR Law Group, PC, where he provides personal, dedicated counsel to business owners, professionals and philanthropists with respect to income and estate tax issues that arise in the areas of business succession planning, wealth management, and charitable giving. \n \nBlaine has been certified as a specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization.  He developed experience working for the top estate and tax planning law firms in Orange County.\n \nBlaine advises his clients, while drawing on a wealth of knowledge gleaned from years of personal experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. Blaine received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University. Blaine quickly became the marketing director of a nationwide agri-business.
