She also specializes in international tax considerations, which includes international tax planning and compliance, and consulting on a broad range of inbound and outbound tax issues. Bella helps clients understand the implications of international tax developments to minimize their worldwide tax burdens, as well as advising on international mergers and acquisition transactions.
