So, how do you pass on your family photos to your loved ones? Who will have \naccess to your email account? Your online banking? Your bitcoins? This presentation will cover the \nvarious types of digital assets, both of monetary and sentimental value, what happens at death or \nincapacity and how a person can secure transition of these assets to the next generation. The \npresentation will also include a discussion of the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets \nAct of 2016. I will also discuss security measures to protect those assets and contingency plans for \nallowing others access to them. We will look at a few of the common sites used for storing your \ndigital assets, their current position on passing them along and what you can do to ensure they \naren’t lost  \n  \nArmine Bazikyan, Esq. is an estate planning, asset protection, trust and probate \nattorney based in Los Angeles. She is the President of Bazikyan Law Group, APC, which has \noffices in Glendale and Sherman Oaks.
